Rodney Scout Reservation (Camp Rodney)
Rodney Scout Reservation is one of two council camps of the
Del-Mar-Va Council, located on the Northern Bank of Chesapeake Bay. The
camp offers a wide range of programs to pique the interest of any boy or
leader. Anywhere from Catamaran sailing to wood carving, from nature
walks to canoeing outposts, or from hiking to boardsailing; Rodney has
it all. It is located on over 900 acres of rolling upland woodlands at
the head of the Chesapeake Bay and boasts over a mile of prime bay
frontage. It has been in continuous operation since 1923.

Henson Scout Reservation (Camp Nanticoke)
Richard A. Henson Scout Reservation named for the famous aviator and
philanthropist from Salisbury, Maryland has been in continuous operation
by the Del-Mar-Va Council since the summer of 1965. The original name,
the Nanticoke Scout Reservation, has been retained in the current
facility that is called Camp Nanticoke. The 1485 acres of prime wooded
pinelands was purchased by the Council. The property and facilities are
maintained at the highest possible standard. The beautiful natural
resources of the property have been noted in the Nature Conservancy’s
“Last Great Places” campaign.

Horseshoe Scout Reservation (Camp Horseshoe & Camp Ware)
The Horseshoe Scout Reservation
is owned and operated by the Chester County Council, Boy Scouts of America and is located along the Mason-Dixon line separating Pennsylvania and Maryland. The name of the Reservation is derived from the Octoraro Creek (Lenni Lenape for muddy river), a tributary of the Susquehanna River, which makes a meandering 4-mile horseshoe through the property.
Divided into two camps the 1200 acre Reservation is made up of Camp Horseshoe and Camp John H. Ware, 3rd as well as numerous backcountry sites. Combined these camps provide a "multi-use" facility hosting Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Venturers as well as other programs, including a special needs camporee, year round.
